John Hodges
President & CEO

John is a serial entrepreneur with broad experience in business leadership and company creation in the electronics technology industry for more than 30 years. He has founded and guided several technology companies from concept to liquidity event, including a NASDAQ listing. He is a subject matter expert in AI/machine learning and an accomplished electronics development manager with leadership in over a hundred projects. Experienced in design for manufacture, if you purchased a D-Link, Linksys, Belkin or Netgear wireless router or home-plug extender between 2006 to 2011, there is a good chance it was one of his designs. John earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel, Class of ’84 and is a member of the I.E.E.E.

Ryan Hess
VP Engineering

Ryan has over 10 years of experience in the electronics technology industry with an emphasis in designing embedded spectrometers and test equipment. He has earned respect in every position for his ability to solve complex engineering problems. Ryan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Lilly Matteson
VP Finance

Lilly is overseeing our complex international operations. An expert in overseas air logistics operations. Lilly has over 25 years of business experience directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting. Lilly speaks four languages and has Masters Degrees in Economics from Mykolayiv National Agrarian University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.

Marc Rippen

Marc is our resident Analytical Chemist responsible for Sales, Application Engineering and Business Development activities of the company. He is also a lead in the company’s government and industry strategic relationship development effort.

Marc is easily one of the top biochemical metrology sales professionals in the US. He has a proven track record in program management, marketing, business development and sales with organizations such as United Technologies, Thermo Electron, and most recently at SRI International where he served as the Director of Engineering for Marine and Space Technologies. He holds Bachelors Degrees in Analytical Chemistry and Microbiology from Florida Atlantic University, A Masters of Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and has completed his coursework for a PhD in Engineering and Technology Management at North Central University. He is a former Army Officer (Armor).
